WorkAbility Asia Conference 2025 Starts In
About the Conference
Join regional changemakers as we explore inclusion in action at the premier conference for advancing employment for persons with disabilities across Asia.
WorkAbility Asia (WAsia)
WorkabilityAsia (WAsia) was established in 2004 as the regional arm of Workability International, a global organization committed to advancing employment opportunities for PWDs. Serving as a platform for disability organizations and service providers, WAsia promotes collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and advocacy within the region.
The annual WAsia Conference and General Meeting, hosted by member organizations in various countries, is vital in driving progress in inclusive employment. By uniting diverse stakeholders, these events encourage the exchange of best practices, the formation of regional partnerships, and collective action toward empowering persons with disabilities.
As of September 2024, WAsia has 50 member organizations spanning 13 countries and regions, including Bangladesh, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, and Thailand.
