De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde’s School of Deaf Education and Applied Studies (Benilde), proudly hosts the Workability Asia Conference 2025 at Novotel Manila, Philippines, from September 22-23, 2025. With the theme, “Inclusion at Work: Transforming Perspectives, Creating Opportunities,” the conference will gather service providers, disability organizations, and employers from across Asia to promote collaboration, innovation, and strategies for enhancing employment and entrepreneurial opportunities for persons with disabilities (PWDs).
About WorkAbility Asia
The annual WAsia Conference and General Meeting, hosted by member organizations in various countries, serves as a cornerstone for driving progress in inclusive employment. By bringing together diverse stakeholders, these events promote best practices, regional partnerships, and collective action towards empowering persons with disabilities.
As of September 2024, WAsia boasts its 50 member organizations spanning 13 countries and regions, including Bangladesh, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, and Thailand.
The 2025 conference in Manila aims to build on this legacy by creating a dynamic platform to inspire actionable solutions, foster partnerships, and advance the inclusion of persons with disabilities in the workforce across Asia.
